Community

Building positive relationships inside and outside the work zone.

At Grace Pacific, building applies to more than roads. Our work depends on trust with employees, customers, agencies, neighborhoods, and the broader Hawaii community.

We focus on open communication, responsible operations, environmental care, and programs that encourage the next generation of local leaders.

01

Good neighbor communication

The Makakilo Quarry Hotline gives nearby residents a direct point of contact for questions, concerns, or complaints about quarry operations. The line is available 24 hours a day at 671-GRACE (671-4722).

02

Environmental stewardship

Grace Pacific works to prevent pollution, reduce impacts where practical, and continually improve operations that affect land, ocean, air, employees, customers, and communities.

03

Future leaders

Since 1997, Grace Pacific has supported programs that recognize young people and encourage their continued growth, education, and positive community impact.

Investing in the next generation

A closer look at construction careers.

At Hawaii Construction Career Day, Grace Pacific introduced high school students to construction as a career choice. The event gave students a chance to see the equipment up close and meet people working in the industry.
